Laughter Yoga Talk
Jenny will talk to us about Laughter Yoga. Laughter Yoga is a unique practice combining voluntary laughter exercises with yogic deep breathing, designed to improve physical and mental health. Developed by Dr. Madan Kataria in 1995, it operates on the principle that the body cannot distinguish between simulated and genuine laughter, offering the same health benefits. It promotes stress reduction, boosts immune function, and increases oxygen levels, creating a positive emotional state.
