‘Learn to find peace in a stressful life by paying attention to your thoughts and feelings and the world around you’ Non Religious.
Monthly sessions lasting 90 minutes take place on the last Friday of the month.

Structure of session:
2 Sittings with guided meditation
A short reading exploring mindfulness.
Hot drink. And friendship afterwards.

We have a few spaces left and then there will be a waiting list. (8 members max)
