Risk assessment forms:

These checklists are to help in the planning for a day trip. This isn’t an exhaustive list, so think carefully about any specific risks you may encounter. It is likely that you will need to add to these risk assessment checklists.

You are responsible for your own health and safety throughout a day outing. No other members can take responsibility for you.
Please remember to bring any medication and other requirements needed on your day trip/holiday.
All members should be fully capable and fit enough to take responsible for themselves. .
Medication requirements are already on the booking forms for holidays.
