Palmers Green and Southgate U3A Poetry Appreciation Group

The Palmers Green and Southgate U3A Poetry Appreciation Group meets from 10.00 to 12.00 on the third Monday of each month to read and discuss poetry. We meet on Zoom, so our meetings are accessible to members with mobility issues or who have moved away from the area. To find out more, call the coordinator, Stephen Wells (Landline 020 8882 8561/ Mobile 0773 883 0892).

You don’t need to be an expert or have a wide knowledge of poetry to join us. You just need an interest in human experience. If you are interested in poetry or people, you will enjoy being in our group.

Our poetical travels cross continents and centuries. We may not enjoy all the poems we read, but they always give us something fresh to think about.

Please get in touch if you are interested.
