The photography group is a small one and there are currently no places remaining for new members.

The group’s aim is to help members develop their photographic skills at all levels whether with a complex or simple camera or a mobile phone. We look at different aspects of photography with a view to improving the quality of our photographs. We learn from each other as we progress along our photographic journey and have fun along the way.

We have defined the following 4 session categories - exhibition visit, photoshoot, presentation and feedback and, finally, technical sessions. Ideas for the topics/venues for these sessions are put forward by members - so that everyone has a chance to contribute to the programme.

Presentation meetings are held by group agreement following a photoshoot.
